Lamb Chops
Marinade
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, chopped thyme, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- 2
Marinate the Lamb Chops
Place the lamb chops in a large resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the lamb chops, ensuring they are evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.
Cooking
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your charbroiler or grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F (200°C).
- 4
Grill the Lamb Chops
Remove the lamb chops from the marinade and allow excess marinade to drip off. Place the lamb chops on the grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or longer if you prefer them more well done.
- 5
Rest and Serve
Once cooked to your desired doneness, remove the lamb chops from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute. Serve warm and enjoy!
