Marinating the Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and set aside.

Make the Marinade
In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
Preparing the Garlic Sauce

Make the Garlic Sauce
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil until smooth. Adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Grilling the Kabobs

Prepare the Grill
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto the skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.

Place the skewers on the grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.
