Dice the sushi-grade tuna into small cubes and place it in a mixing bowl.

Add yuzu ponzu sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with tuna. Mix gently to combine.

Soak the dried wakame in water for about 10 minutes or until rehydrated. Drain and chop into small pieces.

Add the chopped wakame to the tuna mixture and stir gently.
