    Prepare the Brisket and Ribs

Rub the brisket and pork back ribs with your favorite dry rub and let marinate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

  2. 2

    Smoke the Meats

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Smoke the brisket for about 10-12 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C). Smoke the ribs for about 5-6 hours.

Smokehouse Beans Preparation

  1. 3

    Cook the Beans

In a large pot, combine all the ingredients. Simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mac n Cheese Preparation

  1. 4

    Cook the Pasta

Boil the elbow macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 5

    Make the Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, stir in flour, and cook for about 2 minutes. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until thickened. Stir in cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper.

  3. 6

    Combine

Mix the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce until well combined.

Cornbread Preparation

  1. 7

    Prepare the Cornbread Batter

In a bowl, mix together cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together milk, egg, and melted butter. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.

  2. 8

    Bake

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake at 400°F (204°C) for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
