Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Pulled Pork

Rub the pork shoulder with your favorite BBQ rub. Place it in a slow cooker or smoker and cook on low for 8-10 hours until tender. Shred the meat with forks and mix with BBQ sauce.

  2. 2

    Cook the Brisket

Season the brisket with salt and pepper. Cook it in a smoker or oven at 225°F (107°C) for about 1.5 hours per pound until it reaches an internal temperature of 195°F (90°C). Let it rest, then slice against the grain.

  3. 3

    Make the Coleslaw

In a large bowl, combine coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly and refrigerate until serving.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Mac n Cheese

Cook macaroni according to package instructions. In a saucepan, melt butter, stir in flour to make a roux. Gradually add milk while whisking until thick. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted, then mix with the macaroni.

  5. 5

    Assemble and Serve

Serve the pulled pork and brisket on buns, alongside a generous helping of coleslaw and mac n cheese.
