Cooking the Pulled Pork
Rub the pulled pork with a spice mixture and let it marinate for a few hours or overnight. Smoke the pork shoulder at 225°F (107°C) for about 8-10 hours until it reaches an internal temperature of 190°F (88°C). Shred the pork with forks and mix with barbecue sauce before serving.

Preparing the Back Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back ribs and apply a generous amount of dry rub. Preheat your grill or smoker to 225°F (107°C). Cook the ribs for about 5-6 hours, wrapping them in foil halfway through to keep them moist. They are done when the meat is tender and pulls away from the bone easily.
