Ingredients for 1/2 Rack Back Ribs

Method

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ribs

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat them dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

    Season the Ribs

In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this mixture all over the ribs.

  3. 3

    Wrap and Bake

Wrap the seasoned ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small saucepan, combine BBQ sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Heat over medium heat until warmed and well combined.

  5. 5

    Glaze the Ribs

Once the ribs are cooked, remove them from the oven and unwrap. Brush the ribs generously with the BBQ sauce mixture.

  6. 6

    Broil the Ribs

Place the ribs under the broiler for 5-7 minutes, or until the sauce is caramelized and bubbly. Watch closely to avoid burning.

  7. 7

    Serve

Remove from the oven, let rest for a few minutes, then slice between the bones and serve with extra BBQ sauce on the side.
