Cook Jasmine Rice
Rinse 1 cup of jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear. In a pot, combine the rinsed rice with 2 cups of water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed. Fluff with a fork and set aside.

Sear the Tenderloin Tips
Cut the beef tenderloin into bite-sized tips. Heat 2 tablespoons of chili crunch oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the beef tips and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from heat and let rest.

Plate the Dish
On a serving plate, place a portion of the jasmine rice as the base. Top with the seared tenderloin tips. Arrange the sliced vegetables around the beef. Drizzle with yum yum sauce and ginger soy sauce to taste. Serve immediately.
