Method

Prepare the Salmon

  1. 1

    Preheat the Cooking Surface

Preheat your grill or pan over medium-high heat.

  2. 2

    Season the Salmon

Brush the salmon fillets with chili crunch oil and season with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook the Salmon

Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill or pan. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, then flip and cook for another 4-5 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Cook the Rice

  1. 4

    Rinse the Jasmine Rice

Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  2. 5

    Cook the Rice

In a pot, combine the rinsed rice with 1.5 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and water is absorbed. Remove from heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables

  1. 6

    Slice the Vegetables

Thinly slice the red cabbage, cucumber, avocado, daikon radish, radish, and carrots. Arrange them on a serving platter.

Assemble the Dish

  1. 7

    Plate the Rice

Spoon a serving of jasmine rice onto each plate.

  2. 8

    Add the Salmon

Place a piece of cooked salmon on top of the rice.

  3. 9

    Garnish with Vegetables

Arrange the sliced vegetables around the salmon and rice.

  4. 10

    Drizzle the Sauces

Drizzle yum yum sauce and ginger soy sauce over the salmon and vegetables.

  5. 11

    Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious salmon dish!
