Method
Preparing the Chicken Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, add the chicken wings. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and black pepper. Toss until the wings are well coated.
For the Dry Rub

Mix the Dry Rub
In a small bowl, combine paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, brown sugar, and dried oregano. Mix well.

Sprinkle the dry rub over the chicken wings and toss to ensure they are evenly coated.
For the Spicy Garlic Sauce

Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Bake the Wings
Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden.
Tossing the Wings

If using the spicy garlic sauce, add the baked wings to a large bowl and toss with the sauce until coated.
