Cocktail Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Martini

In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of vodka or gin and 0.5 oz of olive brine.

  2. 2

    Shake

Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds.

  3. 3

    Strain

Strain the mixture into a chilled martini glass.

  4. 4

    Garnish

Add 3 wasai blue cheese olives as a garnish.

House Chips Directions

  1. 5

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 6

    Slice the Potatoes

Thinly slice the medium potatoes using a mandoline or sharp knife.

  3. 7

    Season the Chips

In a bowl, toss the potato slices with 2 tbsp of olive oil, 1 tsp of sea salt, and 0.5 tsp of black pepper until evenly coated.

  4. 8

    Bake the Chips

Spread the potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Flip halfway through for even cooking.

  5. 9

    Cool and Serve

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve alongside the martini.
