Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the onion, garlic, ginger, and red bell pepper into small pieces. Set aside.

Steam the Rice
Cook the steamed rice according to package instructions, then set aside.
Cooking

Sauté Aromatics
In a large pot over medium heat, add a little oil. Sauté the chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and red bell pepper until they become soft and aromatic, about 5-7 minutes.

Add Curry Paste
Stir in the red curry paste and cook for an additional 2 minutes, making sure it coats the vegetables well.

Add Liquids
Pour in the coconut milk and fish stock. Stir well to combine, then bring to a gentle simmer.

Cook Monkfish
Add the monkfish fillets to the pot and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily.

Gently fold in the lobster meat and let it heat through for about 3-5 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and black pepper as needed.

Ladle the bisque into bowls, add a scoop of steamed rice in the center, and garnish with fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime.
