Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) to ensure the wings cook evenly.

Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the wings are well-coated.
Cooking the Wings

Bake the Wings
Place the wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Preparing the Sauces

Make Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt 1 stick of unsalted butter. Once melted, stir in 1 cup of hot sauce and 1 teaspoon of garlic powder until well combined. Remove from heat and set aside.

Create Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt 1 stick of unsalted butter over medium heat. Add in 4 minced garlic cloves and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
