In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the fish fillets and coat thoroughly. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated fish fillets and cook for approximately 3-4 minutes per side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Prepare the Slaw
In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrot, chopped cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to combine and set aside to let the flavors meld.
Assembling the Tacos

Assemble the Tacos
Warm the corn tortillas in a dry skillet or microwave. Place a portion of the cooked fish on each tortilla, top with the cabbage slaw, and serve with lime wedges on the side.
