Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
- 2
Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss thoroughly to coat the wings evenly.
Cooking

Bake the Wings
Spread the seasoned chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Sauce Preparation
- 4
Prepare Buffalo Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and then stir in the hot sauce and garlic powder. Mix well and remove from heat.
- 5
Prepare BBQ Sauce
Simply use your favorite store-bought BBQ sauce or homemade if you prefer.
- 6
Prepare Garlic Parmesan Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and parsley, mixing until combined.
Saucing and Serving

Toss the Wings
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour your chosen sauce (Buffalo, BBQ, or Garlic Parmesan) over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
- 8
Serve
Transfer the sauced wings to a serving platter and enjoy them hot, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
