Fresh Baked Bread

In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy. Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms, then knead for about 10 minutes until smooth. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise for 1-2 hours until doubled.

Prepare the Dough

Preheat your oven to its highest setting (around 475°F to 500°F / 245°C to 260°C). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat.

Preheat the Oven

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and divide it into two equal portions. Shape each portion into a ball, then flatten and stretch into a 10-12 inch round on a floured surface.

Shape the Pizza

Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border. Tear fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute on top. Add fresh basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.

Add Toppings

Transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the hot pizza stone) and bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.

Remove from the oven, let cool for a minute, slice, and serve hot.

Rinse the calamari rings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Prepare the Calamari

In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Make the Breading

Add the calamari rings to the flour mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Shake off excess flour.

Coat the Calamari

In a deep frying pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).

Heat the Oil

Carefully add the coated calamari rings to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 2-3 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fried calamari with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and garnish with chopped parsley.

In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.

Prepare the Filling

Take a wonton wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with a little water, fold it over to create a triangle, and press to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.

Assemble the Ravioli

In a shallow dish, beat the egg. In another shallow dish, place the bread crumbs. Dip each sealed ravioli into the egg, then coat with bread crumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the breaded ravioli in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.

Once the yeast mixture is foamy, add it along with olive oil to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough begins to form.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

First Rise

After the first rise, punch down the dough, turn it out onto a floured surface, and shape it into a loaf.

Shape the Dough

Place the shaped loaf into a greased loaf pan, cover it, and let it rise for another 30-40 minutes.

Second Rise

Once the dough has risen, bake it in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
