Preparation of Coffee Mixture

Brew the Espresso
Brew 1 cup of espresso coffee and let it cool to room temperature.

Sweeten the Coffee
Add the sugar to the cooled espresso and stir until fully dissolved.
Preparation of Filling

Prepare Egg Mixture
In a mixing bowl, beat the egg yolks with sugar until pale and creamy.

Combine with Mascarpone
Add the mascarpone cheese and vanilla extract to the egg mixture, and mix until smooth.

Whip the Cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

Fold in Cream
Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
Assembling the Tiramisu

Dip Ladyfingers
Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.

Layering
In a 9x13 inch dish, layer half of the soaked ladyfingers at the bottom.

Add Filling
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.

Layer the remaining soaked ladyfingers on top of the mascarpone mixture, followed by the remaining filling.
Chilling and Serving

Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
