Stuffed Mushrooms Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth. Remove the stems and set the caps aside while finely chopping the stems.

  2. 2

    Make the Filling

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped mushroom stems, cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, chopped parsley, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Fill the Mushroom Caps

Using a spoon or a piping bag, fill each mushroom cap with the cheese filling. Ensure they are generously filled.

  4. 4

    Prepare for Baking

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle this mixture evenly on top of the stuffed mushrooms.

  5. 5

    Bake the Mushrooms

Drizzle olive oil over the stuffed mushrooms to keep them moist during baking. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your stuffed mushrooms warm!
