Preparation Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the cured meats, cheese, and bread. Slice the provolone cheese if not pre-sliced.
- 2
Assemble the Panini
Drizzle olive oil on one side of each slice of ciabatta bread. On the un-oiled side, layer the sweet coppa, hot coppa, soppressata, prosciutto, and provolone cheese. Add fresh basil leaves and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar to taste.
- 3
Grill the Panini
Close the sandwich and place it on a preheated grill or panini press. Cook for about 3-5 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- 4
Serve
Remove the panini from the grill, slice in half, and serve hot with extra balsamic vinegar on the side if desired.
