Prepare the Cevapi Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, minced garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Mix thoroughly until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.

Shape the Cevapi
Once the mixture is chilled, wet your hands with olive oil and shape the meat mixture into small, finger-sized sausages (about 4 inches long).

Prepare the Toppings
While the cevapi are grilling, prepare the toppings. In a separate bowl, combine the chopped onion and diced tomatoes. Set aside.

Assemble the Cevapi Pocket
Once the cevapi are ready, take a piece of lepinja bread, add several grilled cevapi, top with the onion and tomato mixture, and finish with a dollop of sour cream. Fold the bread over to create a pocket.

Serve the cevapi pockets warm with extra sour cream on the side if desired.
