Prepare the Strawberries
In a blender, combine the sliced strawberries with a splash of limeade and blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove seeds if desired.
Mix the Drink
In a shaker, combine the Rhodium vodka, fresh lime juice, strained strawberry puree, and chopped coriander. Shake well to mix the ingredients.
Assemble the Cocktail
Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the vodka-strawberry mixture over the ice and top with limeade. Stir gently to combine.
Garnish and Serve
Garnish with lime wedges and a sprig of coriander. Serve immediately and enjoy your spiked strawberry limeade!
