Prepare the Infused Vodka
If not using pre-infused vodka, infuse the celery vodka by placing chopped celery in a bottle of vodka and letting it sit for at least 2 days to develop flavor.
Mix the Ingredients
In a shaker, combine the house-infused celery vodka, tomato juice, chopped chili, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, celery salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
Shake it Up
Fill the shaker with ice and shake gently to combine all the ingredients well.
Serve
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice, garnish with a celery stalk, and add olives or pickles on the side.
