Prepare the Juices
Select your preferred juice or a combination of juices. Pour the chosen juice into a glass.
Open the Sparkling Wine

Mix the Mimosa
Pour the sparkling wine slowly into the glass with juice, filling it to your desired level. The typical ratio is 2 parts sparkling wine to 1 part juice.
