Method

Dough Preparation

  1. 1

    Activate Yeast

In a small bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until it becomes frothy.

  2. 2

    Mix Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt.

  3. 3

    Combine Ingredients

Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add the yeast mixture and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.

  4. 4

    Knead Dough

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  5. 5

    Let Dough Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Assemble Pizza

  1. 6

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.

  2. 7

    Prepare Pizza Base

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer to a pizza peel or baking sheet.

  3. 8

    Add Sauce

Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough.

  4. 9

    Top with Cheese

Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.

  5. 10

    Add Toppings

Layer on the pepperoni, cooked sausage, ground beef, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, green bell pepper, onion, and black olives.

  6. 11

    Bake Pizza

Carefully transfer the pizza to the preheated oven (or onto the hot pizza stone) and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

  7. 12

    Slice and Serve

Once done, remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
