Beef Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Beef
In a slow cooker, place the chuck roast. Add the beef broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, and bay leaves.
- 2
Slow Cook
Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the beef is tender and shreds easily.
- 3
Shred the Beef
Once cooked, remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and stir to combine with the juices.

- 5
Toast the Buns
Place the buns on a baking sheet, buttered side up, and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving

Assemble
To serve, place a generous amount of shredded beef on each toasted bun. Optionally, garnish with chopped parsley.
