Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Bake the Wings

Place the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Buffalo Sauce Preparation

  1. 3

    Make Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add the hot sauce and garlic powder. Stir until combined and heated through.

  2. 4

    Coat Wings with Buffalo Sauce

Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over them. Toss until evenly coated.

BBQ Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Coat Wings with BBQ Sauce

After baking, place the wings in a large bowl and pour the BBQ sauce over them. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Garlic Parmesan Sauce Preparation

  1. 6

    Make Garlic Parmesan Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Remove from heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.

  2. 7

Coat Wings with Garlic Parmesan Sauce

Once the wings are baked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the garlic Parmesan sauce over the wings. Toss until evenly coated.
