Rinse the chicken wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl and season with salt.

In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 375°F (190°C). Use a thermometer to check the temperature for accuracy.

Carefully place the chicken wings in the hot oil in batches to avoid overcrowding. Fry for about 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove the wings and drain them on a plate lined with paper towels.
