Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, and black pepper. Form the mixture into four equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Sauté the Mushrooms

In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter. Once melted, add the sliced onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, and sauté until the mushrooms are golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.

Grilling

  1. 4

    Grill the Patties

Preheat your grill (or skillet) to medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip the patties, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty, and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burgers are cooked to your desired doneness.

  2. 5

    Toast the Buns

While the burgers are cooking, place the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes until they are lightly toasted.

Assembly

  1. 6

    Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of each toasted bun, place a cooked burger patty topped with sautéed mushrooms and crispy bacon. Drizzle A-1 sauce over the top and cover with the other half of the bun.

  2. 7

    Serve

Serve the Bravo Burgers immediately with your choice of side dishes.
