Prepare the Chicken
Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized chunks, approximately 1-2 inches in size.

Bread the Chicken
Dip each chicken piece first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure each piece is well-coated.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Chicken
Carefully add the breaded chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Using a slotted spoon, remove the chicken from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
