Method

Chicken Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Chicken

Cut the boneless chicken breast into bite-sized chunks, approximately 1-2 inches in size.

  2. 2

    Set Up Breading Station

In three separate bowls, place the all-purpose flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs mixed with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

  3. 3

    Bread the Chicken

Dip each chicken piece first in the flour, then in the egg, and finally coat it with the breadcrumb mixture. Make sure each piece is well-coated.

Frying

  1. 4

    Heat the Oil

In a large skillet or deep fryer, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

  2. 5

    Fry the Chicken

Carefully add the breaded chicken pieces to the hot oil in batches, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan. Fry for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

  3. 6

    Drain the Chicken

Using a slotted spoon, remove the chicken from the oil and place it on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Saucing

  1. 7

    Toss in Sauce

In a large bowl, toss the fried chicken pieces with your choice of sauce until fully coated.
