Method

Preparing the Salmon

  1. 1

    Marinate the Salmon

In a bowl, combine olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Coat the salmon fillets with this marinade and let them sit for at least 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, around 375°F (190°C).

  3. 3

    Grill the Salmon

Place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Grill each side for about 4-5 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets while grilling.

Preparing the Vegetables

  1. 4

    Chop the Vegetables

Wash and chop the asparagus, bell peppers, and zucchini into bite-sized pieces. Mince the garlic.

  2. 5

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the chopped vegetables, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Serving

  1. 6

    Plate the Dish

On a serving plate, place a grilled salmon fillet alongside a generous serving of sautéed seasonal vegetables. Optionally, garnish with lemon wedges.
