Method

Burger Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Beef Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until just combined and form into two equal-sized patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the Patties

Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patties for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip them over and place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked to your desired doneness.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Burgers

Toast the hamburger buns lightly on the grill or in a toaster. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of each bun, followed by the cooked burger patty with melted cheese, a slice of tomato, and condiments like ketchup and mustard as desired. Top with the other half of the bun.

Fries Directions

  1. 4

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.

  2. 5

    Season the Fries

Place the potato strips in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and paprika. Toss to coat evenly.

  3. 6

    Bake the Fries

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the seasoned potato strips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
