Prepare the Strawberries
Wash the strawberries thoroughly and remove the stems. Slice them into halves.
Mix the Base
In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced strawberries, lemon juice, and honey. Stir gently until the strawberries are well coated.
Assemble the Drink
In a glass, add the ice cubes, followed by the strawberry mixture. Pour the ginger beer over the top.
