Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, minced garlic, grated onion, chopped parsley, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon. Drizzle the olive oil over the mixture.

Using your hands or a spatula, mix all the ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Make sure the spices are evenly distributed throughout the meat.
