Marinating the Chicken

Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, ground coriander, ground paprika, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.

Marinate the Chicken
Add the boneless chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for best flavor.
Cooking the Chicken

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 75°C/165°F).

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and water. Stir until smooth and well combined. Season with salt to taste.
