Method
Lemonade Base
Make Lemonade
In a medium pitcher, combine 1 cup fresh lemon juice and 3 tablespoons granulated sugar. Stir vigorously until the sugar is mostly dissolved. Add 1 cup of water and the lemon zest and stir again.
Taste the mixture. If you prefer a slightly sweeter lemonade, dissolve up to 2 tablespoons of simple syrup into the pitcher until you reach the desired sweetness. Add the remaining 3 cups of water, stir to combine, and chill in the refrigerator while preparing the green juice.
Farmers Market House Green Juice
If your green juice is particularly concentrated or very intense, dilute it with up to 1/2 cup cold water and taste to balance brightness and bitterness. Chill the green juice before mixing with the lemonade.
Assemble & Serve
Blend Lemonade and Green Juice
Pour 2 cups chilled lemonade base into a large pitcher. Add 2 cups chilled Farmers Market House Green Juice. Gently stir to combine. Taste and adjust: add up to 2 tablespoons simple syrup for more sweetness, or an extra 1/4 cup lemon juice for more brightness.
Serve immediately. Leftovers can be refrigerated in a sealed container for up to 48 hours; stir gently before serving as separation may occur.
