Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Ensure the broccoli is cut into small florets and the carrots are sliced thinly for even cooking.

  2. 2

    Make the Sauce

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and cornstarch until well combined. Set aside.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat.

  2. 4

    Cook the Vegetables

Add the prepared vegetables (bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, snap peas, and zucchini) to the hot skillet. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  3. 5

    Add the Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the stir-fried vegetables. Toss everything together to ensure the vegetables are well coated. Continue to cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

Serving

  1. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Remove the skillet from heat. If desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions before serving. Enjoy your vegetable stir fry hot!
