Prepare the Broth
In a large pot, combine the chicken broth, soy sauce, miso paste, grated ginger, minced garlic, sesame oil, and water. Heat over medium heat until the broth begins to simmer. Stir well to dissolve the miso paste completely.

Simmer
Once the broth is simmering, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer gently for about 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
Noodles and Assembly

Cook the Ramen Noodles
While the broth is simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions, usually about 3-4 minutes in boiling water. Drain and set aside.

Assemble the Ramen Bowls
In each serving bowl, add a portion of cooked ramen noodles. Ladle the hot broth over the noodles until they are submerged. Top with soft-boiled egg halves, sliced green onions, nori strips, bamboo shoots, and corn kernels. Drizzle sriracha on top if desired.
