Marinating the Pork Chops

In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, honey, oyster sauce, and Japanese BBQ sauce until well combined.

Place the pork loin chops in a zip-top bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Ensure the chops are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for better flavor.
