Preparation of Cauliflower

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Cauliflower
Remove the leaves and stem from the cauliflower and cut it into bite-sized florets.

Coat with Seasoning
In a large mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and cornstarch. Add the cauliflower florets and toss until well coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the coated cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roasting the Cauliflower

Roast
Bake the cauliflower in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
Preparation of Tahini Dressing

Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, water, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust the consistency with more water if needed.

Once the cauliflower is crispy, remove it from the oven. Drizzle with tahini dressing and serve immediately.
