Shrimp and Cajun Dipping Sauce
Method
Preparation Steps
- 1
Prepare the Shrimp
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, orange juice, garlic powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Add the wild-caught shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 2
Make the Cajun Dipping Sauce
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, hot sauce, and chopped green onions. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- 3
Grill the Shrimp
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers (if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before using). Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are opaque and cooked through.
- 4
Serve
Remove the shrimp from the grill and serve immediately with the Cajun dipping sauce on the side.
