Hog Dip Preparation

Cook the Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Neese’s sausage until browned and fully cooked. Break it apart into crumbles as it cooks.

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked sausage, shredded aged white cheddar, chopped onion, diced bell pepper, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

Bake the Dip
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Serve warm with flatbread and tortilla chips for dipping.
