Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to ensure it's hot enough for toasting the bread.

In a small bowl, soften the unsalted butter at room temperature. Mince the garlic cloves finely and add them to the butter. Chop the fresh parsley and add it to the mixture. Season with salt and black pepper. Mix everything together until well combined.

Using a serrated knife, slice the French bread in half lengthwise to create two long pieces.

Bake the Bread
