Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine the Florida citrus juice, minced garlic, extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.

2

Marinate the Chicken

Place the chicken thighs in a resealable bag or a shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to overnight for more flavor.

3

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

4

Grill the Chicken

Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing any excess marinade to drip off. Place the chicken thighs on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the chicken is nicely charred.

5

Serve

Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy your charred chicken with your choice of sides!
