Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Pulled Pork
If you haven't done so already, heat the cooked pulled pork in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the barbecue sauce and cook until the pork is warmed through, about 5-7 minutes.
- 2
Prepare the Chips
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet, ensuring they do not overlap.
Assembly
- 3
Layer the Ingredients
Once the pulled pork is heated, even distribute it over the tortilla chips, followed by the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- 4
Add Toppings
Sprinkle jalapeños and chopped green onions on top of the cheese.
Baking
- 5
Bake the Nachos
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 6
Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Drizzle additional BBQ sauce over the top if desired.
