Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Grilling the Chicken

Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Add Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of provolone cheese on each chicken breast to melt.
Lemon-Basil Aioli

Mix the Aioli
In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chopped basil, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Stir until well blended.

Add salt and black pepper to the aioli mixture according to your taste.
Burger Assembly

Toast the Buns
Lightly toast the burger buns on the grill for about 1-2 minutes, until golden.

On the bottom half of each bun, place a lettuce leaf, followed by the grilled chicken breast with melted provolone cheese, tomato slices, and red onion slices. Top with the other half of the bun.
