Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients: fresh cut turkey breast, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and the 11-inch sub roll.

Slice the Tomato
Wash the tomato thoroughly, then slice it into thin rounds.

Prepare the Lettuce
Wash the lettuce leaves under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Prepare the Sub Roll
Carefully slice the 11-inch sub roll lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
Assembly

Spread Mayonnaise
Spread 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise evenly on the inside of the sliced sub roll.

Layer the Ingredients
Layer the fresh cut turkey breast evenly on one half of the sub roll. Add the Swiss cheese slices on top of the turkey.

Add Vegetables
Place the prepared lettuce leaves on top of the cheese, followed by the sliced tomato rounds.
Finishing Touch

Close the Sandwich
Carefully close the sub roll by bringing the top half down over the fillings.

Slice and Serve
If desired, cut the sandwich in half for easier handling. Serve immediately.
