Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the lettuce, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Slice the tomato into thin rounds.

Slice the Bread
Take the Italian sub roll and slice it lengthwise without cutting all the way through, creating a hinge.
Assembly

Layer the Meats
Begin by layering the mortadella, capicola, pepperoni, prosciutto, and salami evenly on the bottom half of the sub roll.

Add Cheese
Place the provolone cheese slices on top of the layered meats.

Add Vegetables
Spread the chopped lettuce over the cheese and layer the tomato slices on top.
Finishing Touch

Drizzle with Italian Herb Oil
Drizzle the Italian herb oil evenly over the vegetables.

Close the Sandwich
Carefully close the sandwich by folding the top half over the fillings. Press down gently to compact the ingredients.
