Prepare the Chicken
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and marinate it in soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the Chicken
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and sauté until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the Sauce
Pour the Thai chili sauce over the cooked chicken and stir well to coat. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Thicken the Sauce
Mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry, then add it to the pan to thicken the sauce, stirring constantly.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
