Marinate Chicken

Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, combine chicken thighs, soy sauce, fish sauce, cornstarch, minced garlic, and minced ginger. Mix well and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Make the Chili Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine Thai chili paste, brown sugar, lime juice, water, red chili flakes, and salt. Stir well and let simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly thickened.
Cook Chicken

Cook the Chicken
In a large skillet, heat some oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
Combine and Serve

Combine Chicken with Sauce
Once the chicken is cooked, pour the chili sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.
