Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prep the Vegetables

Wash and chop all the vegetables into bite-sized pieces. Make sure the broccoli is cut into small florets, and the carrots are sliced thinly for even cooking.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and water. Mix well until the cornstarch is fully dissolved.

Cooking

  1. 3

    Heat the Pan

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat until hot.

  2. 4

    Stir-Fry the Vegetables

Add the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, snow peas, zucchini, and mushrooms to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  3. 5

    Add the Sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables in the pan. Stir well to coat the vegetables evenly. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  4. 6

    Garnish and Serve

If desired, sprinkle sesame seeds and sliced green onions on top of the stir-fry before serving. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
